Intro

Zaya is a web application designed for time tracking, allowing users to monitor time spent on tasks and calculate employee compensation as well as the final cost of services for clients. With Zaya, users can efficiently manage their work processes, track task progress, and accurately calculate financial metrics, thereby enhancing transparency and optimizing operations for both employees and clients.

The Zaya time tracking platform is a comprehensive solution for project management and time/cost tracking. Recognizing that project management can be complex and time-consuming, I developed the Zaya platform to streamline this process. Its simple interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it easier for users to get started.

One of the key advantages of the Zaya platform is its flexible pricing system, allowing users to set internal and external rates for each project. This means users can accurately track the time and cost of their projects. The ability to set rates for each position independently for each client is a unique feature that enables users to calculate payment costs even more accurately. I’ve created the Worklog Tracker extension for convenient time tracking and automatic synchronization of work logs between various time trackers. Worklog Tracker allows integrating various tools such as Jira, Toggl, Zaya and YouTrack. The extension helps users effortlessly record their tasks and automate routine processes. If a user needs to synchronize logs between multiple trackers, they can do so with a single click using the “export” feature.
